2018 was a challenging vintage in Piemonte and Nicola from Trediberri wasn't even sure that he would make a Barolo. It kept improving but definitely was not good enough to make his single vineyard black label Rocche dell Annunziata. They decided to make their first COMUNE DI LA MORRA label and blend all their vineyards together to give you a more complete expression. Good thing they decided to do that because it turned out beautifully! In fact Trediberri received one of the highest recognitions with 92 points by Galloni amongst a whole lot of producers that (unrightfully) received very low points. It was one of the best examples from the vintage in general. It is definitely ready to drink so I would not invest in this to hold for a long period but purchase to drink!
