CHRISTMAS PANETTONE & WINES
Every year we think about trying a different panettone but we always end up going back to this classic award winning recipe made by brother and sister team, Elio and Donatella in their tiny bakery at the foot of the Alps. The town is a mountain town called Boves and the starter yeast is about 100 years old. All the ingredients are either locally sourced or from the top quality they can find in Italy.
